The Registered Training Organisation (RTO) offers range of vocational programs to industry as well as students, whilst the English Language Centre (ELC) offers English language training and testing services to both domestic and international students.

We are currently seeking a Lead Vocational Trainer and Assessor to join our dedicated team.

About the role
The Lead Vocational Trainer and Assessor is responsible for training and assessment program and pedagogical design, development and implementation, with continuous improvement of nationally recognised programs.  

In addition, the Lead Vocational Trainer and Assessor also delivers nationally recognised training and assessment through the RTO to students that result in quality learning outcomes.  The Lead Vocational Trainer and Assessor is required to participate in training and assessing associated activities, as well as to ensure compliance with the VET Quality Framework and ASQA’s regulatory requirements for RTOs.

Skills and Experiences
The successful candidate will need a current TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, demonstrated experience preparing and delivering effective nationally recognised training and assessment to learners and experience, knowledge and understanding of RTO requirements.

No disqualified person will be retained in or appointed to work in child related employment within The College.

Remuneration Package:  $122,400 per annum plus superannuation
