An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and highly organised professional to work as an Administrative Officer within the Office of General Counsel.
About the Role
The role will provide high level administrative support to the Office of General Counsel lawyers and the University General Counsel, as well as occasional executive support to the Chancellor. This role also involves website management, legal and other document preparation, assistance with the compliance of subpoenas, statutory notices and requests for information, organising meetings, managing diaries, organising travel, reconciling expenses and invoices, liaising with stakeholders and some capacity for basic research.
About You
The successful applicant must be highly organised and able to prioritise duties, have high level verbal and written communication skills, be proactive and able to work independently within a team environment. Confidentiality and discretion are essential. Previous experience working in a legal or similar executive environment would also be an advantage.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position until 12 May 2023 based at the University’s Parramatta South campus. The successful applicant may occasionally be required to travel to meetings at other campus locations.

Remuneration Package: Higher Education Worker Level 5 $86,024 to $97,432 p.a. (comprising Salary of $72,691 to $82,331 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading).
