The School of Nursing and Midwifery is seeking to appoint an experienced Executive/Project Officer to join our leadership team.

About the Role
The Executive/Project Officer provides direct high-level support to the senior management team within the School (Dean, Deputy Dean and School Manager), with the provision of high level oral and written communications skills across a range of audiences delivering high-level reporting,  project management and strategic advice utilising research and critical analysis skills.

The Executive/Project Officer will manage a range of projects across the School, and ensure ongoing adherence to, and promotion of, academic quality and positive student experience within the School.
About You
The position requires someone with who can multi-task effectively, demonstrate a high degree of initiative and confidentiality to ensure that matters are appropriately managed and has a “can do” attitude; who works autonomously and effectively in a fast paced, friendly and supportive team environment and can deliver projects within timelines.

The position, whilst located primarily at Parramatta South campus will require travel to other campuses to fulfil the role.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 8 $123,297 to $136,873 p.a. (comprising Salary of $104,187 to $115,659 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
