About the Role

The Office of Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost is looking to recruit an experienced Senior Project Officer to work within our small team.

The Senior Project Officer is responsible for managing and coordinating the many and varied projects overseen by the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor and Provost. The successful candidate is also responsible for providing high-level support at meetings, including following up actions, undertaking research and preparing reports for the Senior Deputy Vice-Chancellor. Strong communication and time management skills are essential as you will be required to work closely and collaboratively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders on a range of projects at any one time.

About You

To be successful in this role you must have degree in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated work history in project management and/or training in the education sector. You will also display high-level research and analytical skills, high-level communication skills and a proven track record of working collaboratively within a team. Demonstrated experience working within the higher education sector in Australia will be well regarded.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 9 $142,688 to $152,380 p.a. (comprising Salary of $120,573 to $128,763 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
