$74,270 – $81,966 p.a. + 17% superannuation
Reporting to:
Recruitment Advisor, People & Culture (P&C)
Key Position Responsibilities
Reporting to the Recruitment Advisor in your team, you will support end-to-end recruitment campaigns and activities for hiring managers in your client groups. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the administration of the Recruitment team, ensuring that our data is maintained and updated regularly. More specifically, you will:
Draft job ads and post them to internal and external platforms
Collate and distribute candidate applications to Recruitment Advisors and Hiring Managers
Triage and respond to general recruitment enquiries from hiring managers via phone and email
Maintain recruitment data through multiple platforms and spreadsheets
Collaborate with the Recruitment Team on recruitment projects and business improvement activities
Key Position Capabilities
To be successful in this role, you will be a team player, forward thinker and always looking for ways to improve. Collaboration and communication will be key to your success so you should also have excellent customer service and the ability to problem solve and work through new ways of doing things. You will have previous experience in a similar HR/Recruitment support or customer liasion role, work well with HR/CRM software, have good attention to detail and be able to prioritise multiple deadlines easily. Exposure to Workday or other HRIS/Recruitment platforms would be ideal.
