This position primarily located at CeMM in Vienna, Austria. You will move to a new workspace (also in Vienna) as soon as it becomes available.Ihre Aufgaben

  • Recruitment: Preparation of job advertisements in compliance with Austrian labor law (Equal Treatment Act), international search, application management, candidate communication, structuring of unbiased and fair assessment processes, establishment of our employer value proposition.
  • Visa and Residency Support: Support for visas and residency/work permits, including advice on documents, monitoring expiry dates, issuing certificates and communication with Austrian authorities.
  • On- and Offboarding: Supporting people from the moment of application and employment, throughout their time at the Institute with staff and family services, and playing an important role in building a strong network of supporters and future alumni. Helping members transition smoothly into and out of the Institute and ensuring a proper handover of work tools, know-how, data, and quality standards.
  • Metrics: Reporting on Recruitment Metrics.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Good understanding of Austrian Labor Law is an advantage.
  • Excellent oral and written communication in English is a must, good communication skills in German are an advantage.
  • Previous experience with visa support and residence permits for researchers is an advantage.
  • A good understanding of academic research institutions (previous work experience in an international or scientific environment is an advantage).
  • A strong work ethic: a high level of personal integrity and professionalism.

  • Work in an experienced, interdisciplinary and international team in two of Europe’s leading research institutes. You will be required to relocate if you are based elsewhere and will receive a relocation allowance to support you.

  • Minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 3,800.00, paid 14 times a year.
  • The normal working week is 40 hours. Core working time is the working time during which the employee must be present at the workplace. Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 15:00 and Friday from 09:00 to 13:00. A maximum of 1 home office day per calendar week may be used.
