For this responsible position, we are looking for a charming, dynamic personality who particularly enjoys working with people from different cultures and has a talent for organization.Primary Responsibilities:

• international customer contact by telephone and in person
• reception of visitors and organization of meetings
• administration of the access card system
• incoming and outgoing mail and cash accounting
• scheduling appointments and preparing documents
• general administrative tasks

Requirements:

• a completed commercial apprenticeship, HAK, HBLA or similar
• several years of professional experience desirable
• confident appearance and good communication skills
• willingness to serve and empathy
• independence and ability to work under pressure
• very good knowledge of English
