To work as an effective member within the residences team and provide a highly professional and efficient service to all residents, short term let guests, summer business and external parties. Ensure that excellent standards of hospitality are adhered to at all times and ensure that the reception and other communal areas are kept to a high standard at all times. The candidate must be able to work on own initiative and work closely with other residential functions to provide continuity of service delivery.
This post will be offered on an indefinite contract
This is a full-time & part-time post – 100/60% full time equivalent
• To be the first point of contact for all residents/summer guests/visitors and contractors
• Administration, including post, logging all maintenance and Health and safety issues on internal systems
• Provide quality customer service in person, email and over the phone
• To be an ambassador of Residences, to be knowledgeable, professional and inclusive
• Support team members and all departments in delivering a service in line with King’s strategic vision
• To be responsible for the residences when working alone and seek support wherever necessary

Essential criteria
1. A- Levels or equivalent industry experience
2. Customer service training or relevant experience
3. Excellent command of the English language
4. Excellent written and oral communication skills
5. Basic, but accurate typing skills
6. Strong IT skills with working experience of Outlook, Word and Excel
7. Professional, responsible and inclusive
Desirable criteria
8. Knowledge of foreign languages
9. Property/building management administration
