Hereford Hospital Receptionist Permanent Contract Part Time
£25,038 per annum, pro rata
20 hours per week Monday – Friday 16:15pm – 20:15pm (you must be able to work every evening)

As a Receptionist at our hospital, you’ll have great communication, IT and keyboard skills. You’re also able to explain sensitive or complicated information in a way that’s clear, sympathetic and easy to understand. Ideally, you have experience of working in healthcare administration or on reception.

As a Receptionist, you will:

Support the smooth running of our reception area.

Help us create a friendly, relaxing and professional environment.

Provide exceptional and efficient customer service to everyone who visits our hospital.

Give a warm welcome, answering queries in a caring and helpful way, making sure everyone feels valued.

Providing with any general admin support such as dealing with enquiries and making appointments.

Process payments

To complete electronic and/or manual data entry / record keeping in an accurate and timely manner, to agreed format and standards.

The Nuffield Health Hospital in Hereford is located in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside and sits just half a mile north of Hereford City Centre.
