Learn from our inspiring leaders, shape our supportive and welcoming culture, and place your personal development at the core of your work!Your role as Measurement Science Associate Scientist (M/F/D)Job ResponsibilitiesProvide the day to day testing activities within the Analytical R&D team ensuring the overall quality and compliance of the work performed meets the expected level of service and the delivery of test data in a timely manner as required. In addition the role will include scheduling, tracking, training and troubleshooting.Comply with principles of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) as well as Health, Safety and Environment requirementsProvide high quality standardised methodology execution and implementation of change control requests in accordance to P&G and/or external authority requirements such as:-Ensure timely delivery of routine testing data and reports for testing to include:
o Appearance testing
o Titrations
o HPLC, GC, GCMS, IC, ICP-MS
o Solution preparation using approved reference standards
o Cross BU sample submission logging into Electronic Laboratory Notebooks (ELN)Support timely investigation of all compliance findings, retests, and test deviation investigations and actionsJob QualificationsRequirementsUniversity degree in Analytical Chemistry or related fieldAdvanced English, German would be a plusGood knowledge of analytical techniques used for product development and quality controls, previous industry experience within GMP / Lab environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a passion for accuracy and attention to detail.Strong Analytical thinking and problem solvingWhat we offerExciting work and responsibility from Day 1.A permanent employment contract with a competitive salary, yearly performance-based compensation reviews, and a wide range of social benefits (e.g., flexible work environment, company pension plan, Christmas and vacation bonus, stock purchasing programs).
