Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join Infor in the role of a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst.  The Senior Quality Assurance Analyst will evaluate and test software programs to verify that programs function according to design documentation and standards, by designing and implementing test plans and test scripts to ensure the overall quality of the product. You will be responsible for tasks necessary for measuring and evaluating product quality and performance.   You will be required to assist the application teams in identifying and resolving problems as well as recommending application changes to improve quality and performance.  You will be joining a dynamic fast-paced cross-functional team composed of business analysts, developers, architects, product managers and quality assurance analysts.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

·       5+ Years Exp in QA

• Strong knowledge and work experience in Manual testing and Automation testing(Preferred Selenium) using different automation tools (knowledge on python and robot framework would be an add-on)
• Proficient in creating testing strategies and test plans, based on requirements
• Logical and analytical detecting and resolving errors, issues, and process faults. On time and accurate reporting of defects found during testing using JIRA
• Involve in multiple testing – Regression, Functional, Smoke, Integration
• Experience in API testing
• Exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining quality results
• Passionate to learn new concept and prepared to accept challenging roles
• Experience in understanding the product information and dealing with the customer scenarios
• Working on implementing and monitoring test scripts to assess functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of the service or product
• Experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing
• Knowledge on cloud-based testing
• Good understanding on SDLC
