Bangor University is seeking to appoint an excellent leader to the role of Pro Vice-Chancellor Internationalisation. Reporting directly to the Vice-Chancellor, this key strategic role will take responsibility for leading development, and delivery, of Bangor University’s International Strategy.
The successful candidate will have significant senior leadership and management experience within a large, complex organisation, with a demonstrable record of results as well as experience of the development and delivery of international higher education strategies.
This will be a highly visible role, both externally and internally, representing the University with key stakeholders, requiring effective leadership. S’/he will be able to work effectively with a wide range of people at all levels.
The Pro Vice-Chancellor will be responsible for the provision of the strategic leadership of the University in relation to international policy and activity ensuring an increase in international reach and impact.
This is a new post as part of the University’s senior leadership team, highlighting the investment in this area.
