We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our team in Charlotte, NC. In this role, you will support the Public Relations team in managing client relationships, executing campaigns, and enhancing brand visibility. If you’re passionate about building connections and creating compelling narratives, this role is for you!Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of public relations strategies and campaigns.
• Draft press releases, newsletters, and other communication materials.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports for clients.
• Coordinate media outreach and maintain relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Organize and support events such as press conferences and product launches.
• Conduct research to identify PR opportunities and industry trends.
• Maintain and update press kits and media contact lists.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A creative mindset and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in public relations or a similar role is an advantage but not required.
