Job Description
Responsible for providing a variety of direct and indirect patient care activities, as supervised and directed by the RN-PCC. Care is provided in collaboration with the patient, family, and other members of the patient-focused care team. Overall responsibilities are to assist the team in meeting patient care needs. Is required to demonstrate a willingness to work as a team member while providing quality care for patients, familiies and signficant others in accordance with the OSU Medical Center Customer Service Philosophy. Position located at University Hospitals.
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in mental health technology and/or equivalent skills based on work/academic experience, and successful completion of designated portions of PCA training.
