Job Description
The Psychiatric Care Technician is responsible for providing a variety of direct & indirect patient care activities as supervised & directed by the Patient Care Coordinator. Care is provided in collaboration with the patient, family and other members of the team. Overall responsibilities are to assist the team in meeting patient care needs.
Minimum Education Required
2-Year College Degree
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in mental health technology and/or equivalent skills based on work and academic experience, and successful completion of designated portions of PCA training.
