Buildings and Property Division are the stewards of Monash’s beautiful campuses. The Opportunity
We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join the team and provide first class property management solutions to a portfolio of the University’s assets. This is an ongoing opportunity to collaborate across a broad variety of properties and further develop your skill set.
This role will involve:
To be considered for this position, you will demonstrate extensive property management expertise across a broad range of portfolios including retail, commercial, industrial and residential. This will include an intricate working knowledge of relevant legislations and regulations that impact on properties and leases. You will be a collaborative team player who can quickly adapt in a high-performing environment to deliver results.
