This is an exciting opportunity for individuals wanting to experience working within the transformation team to further develop quality improvement skills, project management and people skills in the delivery of corporate programmes of work and local change projects.

The team works at the heart of hospital operations, working directly with clinical staff to improve quality, safety, and flow of patient care.  It is made up of several improvement professionals (clinical and non-clinical) who adapt a range of improvement methodologies to deliver specific projects and build a sustainable culture of continuous improvement.  The post holder will work alongside other team members and will be required to support a variety of projects to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care.

The role is based at Southampton General Hospital Mon- Fri and is a blend of home working and onsite dependant on the needs of the project.
