Then join our accomplished team!RequirementsSpecific RequirementsYour personal sphere of influence:As a project researcher, you will complement the research team around Prof. Yuri Kazepov and work on the Horizon Europe project ReHousIn.
The project ReHousIn will examine how multiple crises (re-)produce housing inequalities in different European countries and explore the impacts of the green and digital transition initiated by the European Union. You will be working in a multilingual research team together with project partners (post docs, prae docs and administrative staff) from different EU countries.If you are open to new challenges and value appreciative communication, you are more than welcome to join our team!Your future tasks:You actively participate in research and administration, which means:

• You are involved in research projects (primarily in ReHousIn) and scientific studies in the area of international urban sociology.
• You assist in data generation and visualization.
• You assist in the conduction of a multi-level policy analysis of 9 European countries by means of a mixed-methods research design.
• You take over administrative tasks.

This is part of your personality:

• Completed Master’s degree or Diploma in the field of sociology, geography, political sciences, spatial planning or other social sciences
• Basic experience in academic writing and with research methods (quantitative as well as qualitative)
• Particular interest in the areas of urban sociology, political ecology and housing studies
• Excellent command of written and spoken German and English (C1 Level)
• Very good IT user skills
• You should be a team player with high social skills
