About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Programme Manager, you will manage day-to-day administrative activities, including some financial duties, of the What Works Hub for Global Education in accordance with University and other relevant financial and funder requirements.
You will support a varied workload related to the operational management of the Programme. This includes coordination of meetings and follow up actions, support collation of key monthly and quarterly reporting data, tracking overall progress against agreed work plans and contractual deliverables.
A passion and interest in the areas of education, international development, public policy and/or economics is strongly encouraged as you engage with the Programme objectives.
About You
You will be educated to undergraduate level with a flexible can do approach to work, self-motivation, resilience and a willingness to adapt to the changing needs and priorities of the Programme.
You should be comfortable and excited to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, managing competing demands with enthusiasm, and coordinating senior stakeholders to achieve objectives.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, team-work and numeracy skills, and confidence dealing with financial data are also essential.
