  • Manage all development activities to achieve the overall project targets including design transfer and industrialization
  • Define, build-up, and lead winning interdisciplinary project teams
  • Interface and Coordination of team members across multiple locations and with external resources where needed
  • Manage the planning, staffing and execution of project according to the applicable development processes, guidelines, and regulations
  • Planning, monitoring, and reporting of projects with coordination of interfaces to related projects
  • Ensure proactive and proper stakeholder management and communication to all levels
  • Demonstrate clear leadership towards all management levels

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s or PhD degree preferably in technical or life science
  • Several years of experience in Project Management preferably in development of instruments and solutions for Life Science and Diagnostics
  • Experience in leading complex and highly regulated product development projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
