Summary

The HR Talent management team is currently seeking an energetic and result-oriented project manager to join the team to design, deploy and optimize several HR initiatives and programs. The role will report to the senior project manager – Talent management. The successful candidate will have experience in project management and process design and is someone that is passionate about the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • HR Strategic initiatives – Uses project management skillset to plan and execute HR initiatives. Develops and delivers requirements documentation, progress reports, and presentations. Supports coordination of strategic executive HR meetings including meeting materials and scorecards

  • Process Design and development – Understand and map current business processes and employee journeys across the business in partnership with other corporate teams with ability to identify opportunities to improve the employee experience

  • Career site maintenance – tasks include ensuring regular content updates, improving the site’s functionality, issuing tickets for support, integrating new content within the Content Management System (CMS), and pulling site traffic data

  • Communications – assist with planning and developing communications for talent management initiatives including awards for promotion

  • Support maintenance and updates to Bell’s employer branded job boards (GD/Indeed/LI/CareerBeacon)

  • Ad hoc requests to support priority employer branding projects (i.e. photoshoot, video production)

Critical Qualifications

  • 5 years experience of relevant work experience in project management and business process design for medium to large scale projects

  • Considerable working knowledge of the Human Resource function

  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong partnerships with stakeholders and effectively communicate/influence

  • Evaluate, analyze and map current processes, identify process gaps and suggest improvements

  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, overcome confusion and simplify complex situations

  • Proven experience in change management activities to promote the adoption of new initiatives in the business

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

  • Comfortable working with large sets of data, PowerPoint, and Excel functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP

  • Fully bilingual (English/French) (an asset)

  • Project/Change Management certification (PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP and/or PROSCI) (an asset)
