Job Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to support our Domain Name Product Unit. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of tasks ranging from global Registry Relations activities to local initiatives, ensuring compliance, smooth migrations, and efficient onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

1. • Plan, execute, and oversee projects related to domain name migrations, system integrations, and platform centralization.
   • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
   • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring collaboration and effective communication throughout project lifecycles.

Support Registry Relations and Compliance teams in various tasks such as:

1. • Conduct compliance audits to ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
   • Maintain and manage relationships with domain registries and other key stakeholders.
   • Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes, updating internal policies and procedures accordingly.

Support Internal Brand Onboarding:

1. • Facilitate the onboarding process for internal brands onto the central domain management platform.
   • Provide training and support to internal teams, ensuring smooth transitions and effective utilization of platform capabilities.
   • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the onboarding process.

Local Initiatives and Support:

1. • Support local initiatives related to domain name management, tailoring solutions to meet specific regional needs.
   • Collaborate with local teams to understand unique challenges and opportunities, providing customized support and guidance.
   • Monitor the progress of local projects, ensuring alignment with overall unit goals and objectives.

Reporting and Documentation:

1. • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
   • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including risk assessments, progress updates, and post-implementation reviews.
   • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Project Management experience, preferably in the domain name industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of domain name registration processes, compliance requirements, and industry standards.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent English communication skills
