  • Monitor and process compliance obligations for soon-to-be regulated and newly regulated e-gaming US states and Canada provinces.
  • Communicate regularly with US and Canada regulatory authorities for confirming of regulatory and technical standards to ensure that company meets regulations as per jurisdiction standards.
  • Maintain knowledge and assist in the analysis of e-gaming regulatory compliance standards in newly established and soon-to-be regulated US states and Canada provinces.
  • Develop new market entry project plan and track the progress; prepare and maintain status reports and schedules, track milestones and dependencies, ensuring that all work is delivered on time
  • Communicate efficiently and maintain/develop strong relationships with e-gaming regulators, accredited test facilities, internal departments, external customers and other stakeholders in regulatory landscape.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years in a compliance related role in the gaming industry with knowledge of live casino environments and gambling products
  • Strong interpersonal skills, efficient networker and collaborative team player
  • Experience of coordinating audits
  • Experience in communicating with with people at all levels as an expert as well as excellence in stakeholder management with a high level of integrity
  • Experience in project management; develop project plans, track progress, prepare reports and manage expectations
  • Commercial mindset and business acumen
  • Adaptable and agile, can work in a fast-paced environment and respond and re-prioritize quickly when internal or external changes demand
  • Possess analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving mindset
  • Secondary education or professional experience relevant to the job
  • Good level of computer skills and experience in spreadsheets
