What’s involved in this role:We are looking for a Project Manager for SAP Implementation in Lake Norden, SD.

• Support the central deployment team to plan and execute site activities.
• Develop the local implementation plan (activities).
• Lead and coordinate all sites readiness and implementation activities.
• Identify and manage the work and activities of the implementation agents.
• Lead Cutover planning and execution.
• Assist with mapping system role to local business roles.
• Facilitates Development of local work instructions (SOP, policy, etc.).
• Communicate issues, risks, and interdependencies for deployment at site with the central deployment team.
• Facilitate Data Cleaning activities and Data Validation.
• Assist with identifying and engaging local SME to support implementation activities (if required).
• Assist with identifying and engaging local Super users to support training, post go live activities and sustainability.
• Supporting the local User Acceptance Testing activities.
• Support development/execution of business controls and issue tracking post go-live.

What you need to join our team:

• Associate’s Degree from a two-year college or technical school required.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience required.
• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
