How You’ll Make Your MarkYour main tasks in this role are:

  • As a Project Management Expert, you will handle tasks related to the project management of new strategic initiatives within the field of International Procurement
  • You may take ownership of specific projects and lead their successful implementation
  • You are excited by the tasks of collaborating with stakeholders across all ALDI SOUTH countries and departments
  • In your role, you’ll maintain and control records according to deadlines, ensuring that all system information is up to date and accurate at all times
  • You’ll act as the main contact person for developing existing and building cross-functional relationships
  • You will investigate and document existing business processes, proposing overarching strategies for improvement
  • Drafting and editing presentation documents complete your field of responsibility

Your ProfileThe requirements of the role include:

  • You have several years of professional experience in project management
  • You have completed your university degree or commercial training
  • You have a proven ability to work cross-functionally and effectively manage diverse stakeholder expectations across an organization
  • Significant attention to detail, a structured mindset and an analytical approach to work is a matter of course for you
  • An independent, cooperative and reliable working style sets you apart
  • You feel comfortable with MS Office, ideally you are also familiar with ServiceNow
  • Business fluency in both written and conversational English; knowledge of German is a valuable asset
