The NSF AI Institute for Collaborative Assistance and Responsive Interaction for Networked Groups (AI-CARING) is seeking a talented, highly-motivated individual to serve as a Project Leader for Broader Participation, Education, and Outreach (BP/E/O). This individual will work with the CMU team to ensure that we create and maintain a thriving and inclusive outreach program. The Project Leader will manage daily activities and maintain data collection for BP/E/O activities for AI-CARING.
You core responsibilities include:
- Coordinate of outreach and educational events and activities part of the data collection of the center
- Manage reports and dissemination of information
- Manage the summer REU program
- Serve as a liaison for industry and community partners
- Organize, planning, and running outreach events
- Organize regular meetings with participating organizations and project team members to
- Monitor implementation progress and work products; maintaining effective project team communications
- Other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 project management experience
- Or a combination of education and relevant experience from which comparable knowledge is demonstrated
