Responsibilities:

• Administrative tasks that support construction related activities
• Creating/ Updating Project Schedules
• Assisting with construction Notifications
• Coordinating space access for contractors
• Construction administration support

Requirements:

• Administrative experience and abilities to support Project Managers
• Some working experience with construction
• Ability to read design and construction drawings
• Working knowledge of Microsoft excel
• Experience in project scheduling is an asset
• Experience preparing notifications is an asset

Contract length:

• Start date: April 1, 2025
• End date: September 15, 2025

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:00pm

Pay Scale Group & Hiring Zone: $42.87/hour
