Location: This role is hybrid with a mix of remote and in-person and work is primarily located at North Campus, Edmonton.

Position Summary
Working in the ABMI’s Executive Office as well as the Information and Operations Centres, the Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the asset and office logistics to ensure adequate organization and use of ABMI spaces; supporting the ABMI’s management of grants, ensuring efficient reporting and tracking of deliverables; supporting the ABMI’s data quality assurance and quality control program to ensure the integrity of data products; and supporting Access Management to ABMI’s field sites.
Duties
Responsibilities and Activities:
1. Logistics & Asset Management
Leads, manages, and organizes ABMI logistics and asset procurement and tracking across ABMI Centres.
Liaise with the University of Alberta’s SRIT team to ensure compliance with University wide standards and procedures

2. Project Management
Manage and support internal and external projects and grants as required to ensure outlined work and deliverables are on track and progressing.

3. Data Management
Supports projects related to data management quality systems, and projects that support information needs of other ABMI Centres.

4. Reporting and Communications
Supports projects related to ABMI communications such as online publications, the ABMI website, social media and online reporting.

5. Field Site Access Management Support
Provide support to the Access Manager in acquiring permission to ABMI sites and coordinating site access requests.
