Job description

The University is looking to appoint an experienced administrator to support the quality assurance and compliance of all participant evidence files and related information to support the Leading Lancashire compliance team and to ensure effective and compliant delivery of the project. The work will be carried out under the management of the Grants and Funding Unit and under the direction of the project steering group where appropriate.

 

Recent project administration experience in a busy office environment as well as experience of organising, inputting, and extracting data from various sources as well as checking data integrity are essential. Utilising strong organisational skills, you will also have experience of undertaking effective administration duties to meet the differing needs of stakeholders and colleagues.

 

An awareness of confidentiality when working with individuals’ data, and the ability to work consistently under pressure to a high standard, prioritise workload and to meet deadlines are also core requirements for success in this role.

 

Applicants need to meet all essential criteria on the person specification to be considered for interview. This position is based in Preston.
