Job description

This role will provide admin support for the Diversity Impact Project. It will involve working with academics, students and employers and ensuring all deadlines and milestones are met in a timely manner.

 

As part of this role, the Project Administrator will assist in supporting the Project Lead and Assistant Project Lead in all day-to-day project activities, including, event planning, project support, project tracking, communications, and engagement. Communication is key and the candidate will be required to communicate with all stakeholders (including client, academic and support staff and students) in person, via telephone and e-mail.

 

Responsibilities will include organising and promoting of project events, workshops, and other related activities, ensuring appropriate paperwork is completed and collated before and after such events. Additional duties will include developing content to support project case studies by gathering feedback from project stakeholders and measurable data from project outputs.

 

The successful candidate will be educated to A Level standard plus hold 5 GCSEs at grade C or higher including English and Maths or equivalent or significant professional experience. Experience of a busy office environment and experience of event planning is essential, as are excellent organisational skills and time management.

 

Applicants need to meet all essential criteria on the person specification to be considered for interview. This position is based in Preston.
