Job Purpose

Looking for a dynamic role that fuels growth? Ready to take charge and drive success?

Apply now and become a program support officer to cultivate success!

As a Programme Support Officer, you will collaborate with the BPP Education Services Learning and Teaching team, which is responding to business growth. The team is seeking an Operations Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support, with a focus on various aspects, including professional recognition, development, evaluation processes, and data analysis for learning and teaching metrics.

What you’ll be doing

As a Programme Support Officer, your responsibilities will include administering system module registrations for both new and current students, necessitating the need to maintain up-to-date student trackers and records following progression rounds.

Your role will also require you to ensure the accuracy of student records while adhering to registry procedures. Additionally, you will be involved in facilitating and organizing online platforms, as well as creating and monitoring surveys and data collection processes.

You will provide support to operational teams within the schools and manage the administrative aspects of meetings conducted on the TEAMs platform. Simultaneously, you will oversee the administration of the Learning and Teaching (L&T) department’s CPD program and recognition scheme.

Choose a better work-life balance

In addition, you’ll have the flexibility of a home-based role, with the option to work from one of our centres should you wish. Either way, you’ll benefit from a vibrant workplace and a culture that believes in looking after others, while being part of a diverse workforce where difference is celebrated. In addition, you’ll work alongside other like-minded professionals who champion progress, while having opportunities to develop in an environment where creativity and innovation is rewarded. On top of a competitive salary, we provide a generous annual leave entitlement of 28 days, and there’s a rewards package that includes retail discounts, Group Personal Pension Plan, dedicated healthcare and dental plans that offer additional assurance to look after you and your family. Brilliantly, you can also study any of BPP’s courses for free – be it a professional qualification or full degree
