We are seeking a motivated, organised and collaborative Programme Officer (Operations) to support the University of Lincoln’s digital strategy and facilitate the delivery of a diverse range of online taught programmes and projects.

The role of Programme Officer (Operations) is critical to delivering this aim and will engage with colleagues across the University of Lincoln to enable the delivery of an online teaching and learning. The role holder will bring a co-ordinated and proactive approach to the support and enhancement of, and innovation in, the furtherance of the University of Lincoln’s strategic agenda.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Programme Officer (Operations) to provide a co-ordinated and proactive support for the delivery of online taught programmes, and the creation of associated processes, in order to place them within a Lincoln context.

The role holder will be dedicated to the delivery of online learning programmes, working in close partnership with academic and digital education colleagues across the University. In particular, the role holder will lead on the implementation and organisation of processes, operational activities and oversight for the delivery of teaching and learning with digital technologies.

Excellent organisation and communication skills with advanced knowledge of Higher Education administration is essential. Experience of supporting the delivery of distance learning programmes is desirable.
