Grade 7: £34,308 – £42,155 per annum

Fixed-term until July 2024

Saïd Business School is recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join our Creative Destruction Lab team (CDL-Oxford) as a Programme Manager (Events & Students). The post holder will be responsible for delivering core CDL events and co-ordinating the CDL-Oxford Student Programme.

The Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) is one of the world’s premier programmes for seed-stage, massively scalable, science- and technology-based ventures. CDL has helped more than a thousand founders, and alumni valuation exceeds $5 billion, with an aim to grow to $100 billion by 2027. The programme targets companies that have the potential to transform our social, industrial and economic landscape.

A few of the responsibilities:

•       Management of all CDL events to a high standard to ensure the successful delivery of the CDL Oxford programme. Events throughout the year include CDL Session days (50% Virtual, 50% in-person); CDL Dinners and social events, Student Workshops, and other ad hoc events throughout the year. Events will be held online, or in-person in both Oxford and London locations

•       Working with the Programme Administrator (Events) in the design and execution of events from conception through to post-event analysis 

•       With support from the senior leadership team, coordination of the CDL-Oxford Student Programme, including working alongside the Academic Site Lead to design the programme content and timeline 

The ideal candidate will have experience of coordinating complex and high-level events to an exceptional standard. Furthermore, they will be able to manage programmes or projects in complex organizational environments.
