As a Programme Administrator, you will help shape the journey of our vibrant and creative students in the UK and help both in nurturing and supporting a customer-focused administrative culture. In return, you will benefit from excellent opportunities for development and career progression.
You will be part of a team at London College of Communication, based at Elephant & Castle. The team will provide excellent administrative support and record maintenance for a programme of courses. They will be responsible for delivering high quality experiences to both students and staff – from responding to queries, supporting Enrolment and Exam Boards, to coordinating the maintenance of records, systems and reports. Clear and accessible communication of information will be a key priority.
With proven administrative experience in a large and complex organisation – ideally within further or higher education – you will bring to the role a working knowledge of academic administration processes and policies. Your track record includes servicing formal meetings, using records systems and databases, and solving challenges through innovation.

We are looking for someone with proven experience of working in a large and complex organisation – ideally within higher education, who has strong communication skills both written and oral, and with superb attention to detail.
You will have excellent organisational skills and can plan and prioritise a busy schedule of work in order to achieve objectives and be able to work in a high-pressure environment within tight time constraints. Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills are crucial.
