About the role
We are seeking to appoint a Programme Administrator within the School of Psychology and Vision Sciences to provide support to our Undergraduate courses. The role-holder will provide substantial administrative support to students on our BSc degrees in Psychology, from registration to graduation, as well as to academic staff within the School. They will handle general enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders and provide information about the Psychology programmes. The role involves a complete range of office duties to support the team and the Business Administration Manager.
About you
As the ideal candidate you will have relevant work experience in a comparable setting and be a proficient user of Microsoft Office. You must be able to work to a high level of attention to detail in order to accurately input data and maintain records. With a proactive approach to work and passion for customer service you will respond to and resolve staff and student queries. We also expect candidates to be able to demonstrate working effectively as part of a team and working independently when required.
