Are you looking for an entry-level role where you can learn quickly, work with inspiring people and help protect the world’s oceans?

This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, proactive and interested in helping us communicate our work, through supporting campaigns, engaging with partners and helping spread awareness about marine conservation.

As Program Support Officer in Denmark, you will work closely with the Denmark Country Manager and the wider Baltic and Central Europe team to help deliver the MSC program. You will support activities such as communications, marketing and engagement with partners and stakeholders.

We offer a professional yet informal working environment, strong collaboration across countries and functions, and the opportunity to grow your career within the MSC.

You will help contact and communicate with partner organisations, support events and activities, contribute to digital content and campaigns, keep databases and materials up to date, and work closely with experienced colleagues who will guide your development.

We’re looking for someone who:

      • has good digital skills
      • has clear written and spoken communication in English and Danish
      • has the ability to organise tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
      • is comfortable working with emails, documents, spreadsheets, and shared folders
      • has the ability to support meetings and events (preparation, notes, follow-up)
      • has excellent accuracy when updating information, lists, and materials
      • is able to work with different people in a professional way
      • is willing to learn and take guidance
      • is interested in sustainability and environmental issues
  • has a relevant degree or early-career experience (e.g. business, communications, sustainability or related fields).
