The Role

  • Continuing, Full Time
  • Level 9 – $119,500 to $126,268 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Individual contributor role which is a key part of the DPC leadership team and supported by administration support from within the leadership culture and capability directorate.

This is an exciting time to join the Division of People and Culture as we sharpen our focus to deliver on several strategic initiatives. In fact, once you have established best practice in regards to remuneration, recognition and reward there will be opportunity to work on a range of projects relevant to your skills and interests.

To be successful you will have:

  • A degree qualification in HR/Business or similar and/or extensive relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated experience working with recognition, remuneration and reward frameworks to drive performance outcomes and increase engagement.
  • An understanding of human resource frameworks and how these connect with and are supported by remuneration and reward practices.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Advanced skills in Excel
  • Effective communication skills to enable provision of advice to a broad range of stakeholders.
  • An understanding of the legislative framework relating to the provision of remuneration and benefits.
