As a Medical Education Program Manager on Stryker’s Joint Replacement and Trauma team, you will help oversee third party partnerships, fostering collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, to enhance medical education initiatives.

What you will do
Manage and oversee educational events (e.g., third party events, healthcare professional education events) as part of the business unit marketing strategy
Manage customer invitations, registration, and post-event follow-up and evaluations
Responsible to live and exemplify Stryker’s mission and values
Manage Third Party Educational Events – all planning and logistics support to Marketing & Sales for National and Regional/Local Tradeshows & Exhibits including booth space design, shipping, and payment arrangements
Intake, collection and, processing of all Third Party Educational Grants (TPEGs). This includes liaising with the applicant, compiling the application, submitting for approval, all logistical planning for sponsorships, cheque requisitions and, administrative reporting on grants
Oversee the management of medical education inventory at customer-facing events including designing new materials, maintaining tracking and ordering system, managing vendor relationships, ensuring inventory is in good working order, and collaborating with internal and external partners to streamline the ordering process
Regional and HCP Education Events – Provide planning and logistics support to Marketing and Medical Education partners for in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, including management of budget, promotional materials, registration site, agenda, logistics, communications to internal and external stakeholders
Available to address issues after hours as required
Travel to support programs as required
What You Need
Post-secondary required
2 years’ experience in planning and coordinating meetings and education events required
University Degree preferred
Proficiency using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, SmartSheet and InDesign preferred
Excellent multitasking capabilities: Must be able to handle many diverse duties and responsibilities.
Exceptional planning and organizational skills: Ability to prioritize work and keep accurate, detailed, and confidential records
Excellent technological comprehension: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
