The Service Experience and Improvement business Unit are seeking the skills of a program manager to codesign, define and drive a digital, data and technology strategy – with people and culture at it’s core.

As the Program Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering the Digital Master Plan (DMP). The design and delivery of the DMP will reflect digital as a culture; the way we interact and connect with each other and our environment to create inclusive, collaborative communities. It will celebrate innovation, inspire creativity and empower people to find new, smarter ways of working together.

With an expectation to work independently with an agile approach, you will design, track and report program progress, attain deliverables and influence others to achieve program objectives by working collaboratively across the University and external networks to deliver our DMP.

You will work closely and supported by the Office of the Chief Digital Office to ensure alignment and coordination with strategic programs of work.

To be successful you will need a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position along with an appreciation of what the digital context is and what it means to the culture of the business.
