Location: Honolulu, Hawaii
Job ResponsibilitiesThe Program Manager will oversee the contract from A to Z and be the single interface to the government on all issues.

• Ability to work boith in the office and in the field.
• In depth knowledge of satellite communications market.
• Highly developed written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and writing skills.
• Experienced with goverment contract structure and execution.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance.
• Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required.
• A minimum of ten (10) years in systems development and engineering required.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Management preferred, OR An Associates degree plus 15 total years of recent specialized experience, OR 20 total years of recent specialized experience.
