| Brief Position Overview | The Diversity and Inclusion Student Commons (DISC) is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual for the position of Program Coordinator. The individual in this position will be an integral part of the DISC team and will work with students, faculty, staff, parents, and off-campus partners. This position will serve as a first point of contact for the DISC and perform many of the daily operations along with creating a support network for student engagement. This position will provide student-support services through building relationships among student with underrepresented identities on campus. The Program Coordinator will stay up-to-date on local, national resources and programs relevant to BIPOC students; work with campus units to support campus-wide initiatives that support underrepresented students. This position will report to the Managing Director. |
