Program Coordinator for Clinical Programs – Georgetown University Law Center

Overview

The Program Coordinator for Clinical Programs is a key member of Georgetown Law’s nationally recognized experiential education program. Reporting to the Director, they assist in the administration of clinical programs and budgets at the Law Center, supporting 19 clinics, 23 professors, 34 fellows, and 9 office managers and play a critical role in supporting all of the Program’s initiatives.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Student recruitment and clinic registration
  • Onboarding clinical teaching fellows
  • Maintaining the website
  • Developing written materials for internal and external audiences
  • Supporting the Elements of Clinic Pedagogy seminar meetings for new fellows and faculty
  • Processing payments and transactions related to the program
  • Assisting clinical leadership in monitoring the clinical budget
  • Keeping all of these offerings running in a smooth, professional, and timely manner

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and Google Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances and confidently identify and manage priorities
  • Emotional maturity and the ability to exercise sound judgment in a diplomatic and discreet manner while working in a high-profile environment

Preferred qualification

2 years of work experience
