About the Role
As the Program Coordinator, you will be instrumental in maintaining progress and delivering programs and projects and supporting the team’s administrative requirements. Your position requires initiative, strong inter-personal and cross-cultural capabilities as well as excellent communications skills, assisting in the end-to-end delivery of programs and projects and public awareness. Your position ensures the smooth operation and resolution of the Asialink Arts office and daily administration matters for the Director and staff as required. You will provide high quality internal and external client service and effective and efficient administration.
The position reports to the Director, Asialink Arts.

To be successful in this role, your highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills will assist you in working with discretion and confidentiality when completing assigned tasks to meet deadlines. You will demonstrate initiative, pay high attention to detail and can produce work of a high standard whilst fostering a high achievement work environment. You will be a person who strives off versatility, flexibility, enthusiasm and a high level of self-motivation within your workplace. You will be a confident individual who can maintain rapport and build last-longing relationships with relevant stakeholders from various diversities.
