Description
Position Summary:
The Program Administrator II will provide overall operational and administrative support to the Office of Community Outreach and Engagement (COE) and the entire COE team, which includes three program areas (Community Outreach Education, Community Health Access, and Evaluation/Research Support). This position will serve a matrix operations for COE staff in the O’Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center and other departments to ensure that the overall office functions efficiently and smoothly.
The Program Administrator II will work with internal and external stakeholders and support a large remote staff to ensure the office function efficiently and smoothly.
Skills: Able to work in a team environment, Meeting coordination, Proactively communicate project and processing status to team, Able to work in a fast-paced environment, High level of follow-thru needed, Excellent written and verbal skills, Facilitate orders to UAB Print Shop and other vendors, Able to manage large number of requests (travel, reimbursements, supply orders, etc.), Work well with staff, faculty, clinicians, volunteers and community partners.

- Buy UAB
- Regions Intersect
- CMS (contract management)
- Adobe Sign
- UAB Travel
- Able to work in a team environment
- Meeting coordination
- Proactively communicate project and processing status to team
Salary Range: $18.35 – $29.80
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience required. OR AN EQUIVALENT COMBINATION OF RELEVANT EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE.
