POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:
The Program Administrator, Grants position will be tasked with supporting the Industrial Technology programs on the Butte College main campus and Skyway Center. The position duties include assisting in the development and coordination of activities, disseminating information to staff and the public, maintaining records and databases, scheduling and conducting registration for courses and workshops, monitoring expenditures, and overall grant program functioning.
The current work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Over the summer the schedule changes to Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with Friday off.
