In research and teaching, it focuses on theoretically innovative, knowledge-historical and historiographical aspects of corresponding interconnections and demarcations since the modern era.For this professorship in the field of theatre, film and media studies, an expertise is desired that, on the one hand, captures larger temporal and spatial contexts and, on the other hand, focuses on specific traditions of artistic-performative practices. Teaching is oriented towards the requirements of the degree courses in theatre, film and media studies (BA, MA, doctorate).Your academic profile:
The University of Vienna expects the successful candidate to acquire, within three years, proficiency in German sufficient for teaching in bachelor’s programmes and for participation in university committees.We offer:
