About the Job
Colorado Christian University is looking for a full-time online business and management faculty member with program director responsibilities for the School of Business and Technology. This faculty member reports to the Dean of Business and Technology in the performance of all instructional and administrative duties assigned. The faculty member is committed to academic excellence in all areas of teaching, learning and scholarship, including theory and application.
The program director oversees graduate and undergraduate programs including program review and assessment, course development and evaluation; oversight of program affiliate faculty, curriculum development, evaluation and revision; student admissions questions; and evaluation of student achievement including formative and summative evaluation. The faculty member effectively participates in the affairs of the program and the division, and provides professional leadership in the university, discipline, profession, and community. The full-time online faculty/program director holds academic rank dependent upon credentials and experience. The College of Adult and Graduate Studies operates year-round with a fall, spring and summer semester. The faculty member/program director will have a teaching load in each semester.

Colorado Christian University’s pay philosophy is based on internal and external data for pay equity; along with budgetary considerations for effective stewardship. Pay range for this role is $70,000-$75,000 annually. We reserve the right to pay an equitable rate that we believe is within our salary structure or that may fit a candidate’s qualifications or experience for the job. A wage range posted is not a guarantee of a specific wage range for a job offer.
