Who We Are


The Interdisciplinary Program in Organizational Studies at the University of Michigan solicits applications for a tenured (associate or full) professor with a micro-organizational focus to begin August 26, 2024. Organizational Studies is a small (approximately 100 majors), highly selective undergraduate program in the arts and sciences. 

Required Qualifications*

Candidates must demonstrate excellence in research related to organizational theory and behavior, broadly defined, and be able to teach within our Organizations and Individuals cluster .

Desired Qualifications*

While psychologists are particularly welcome, we seek applications from a wide range of disciplinary and interdisciplinary backgrounds in the social sciences and professional fields.

Background Screening
