Pay Range:$64 – $68 per hour on W2JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a results-driven Senior Project Manager to lead significant services projects within the Public Sector (Federal & SLED), ensuring all aspects of the projects are delivered on-time, under budget, and to the highest quality. The successful candidate will oversee government deployment projects and process initiatives, collaborating closely with IT on systems and infrastructure improvements. You will play a crucial role in developing project scopes, timelines, and driving the execution of project work plans, adapting to changing needs and requirements.

• Determine project structures and organize team and partner resources, including technical and business units.
• Develop and manage project timelines, landmarks, and deliverables with appropriate tools.
• Oversee day-to-day operational and scope aspects of the project, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
• Minimize project risks and ensure all documentation is current and stored properly.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and project status dashboards, enhancing project delivery and team capabilities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, SmartSheets).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Proven flexibility with shifting priorities and the ability to manage multiple deployments in the government sector
• PMP Preferred
• Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree
