Do you want a job with a purpose?And do you want to make healthcare safer, better and more reliable?Join our Team!Your code could save lives!We are looking for you, located in Vienna, Bonn or Trier with the possibility of hybrid working as aProduct Owner (m/f/d) Clinical ContentYour tasks are:Product management to innovate workflows and medical documentation with clinical contentDefinition and implementation of product roadmap and strategyCommunication with our customers and Dedalus internal stakeholders and other Dedalus PBU’sAnalysis, prioritization and implementation of market requirements and trends in healthcareConception and validation of development requirement in close cooperation with end-users, UX designers and development teams, including leading business analyst.Clinical and functional guidance of the development team and adjacent areas such as documentationDrive the continuous evolution of your product along innovation opportunities and market needs.Actively manage the communication about your product towards customers, services, and management.Contribute to an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.Motivate, guide, and support your peers throughout the organization.You’ll bring in:University degree in Medicine, Medical Science or Engineering, equivalent program or an equivalent combination of training and experience (e.g. experienced nurse2 to 5 years expertise in software industry in Product Management, R&D, Service or Customer support – alternatively or 5 to 10 years experience in hospital environment with strong affinity to IT topicsMarket knowledge in the hospital healthcare domain, especially in clinical processesSelf-motivated product manager who wants to optimize results for our customersVery good analytic capabilities to manage conflicting inputs in different agile projects (scrum)Strong business acumen and a motivated team playerExcellent communication skills in German and English, French is a plus
